"I have had packages delivered to my home TONS of times with no issue and of course my sons birthday present they magically decide that address is incorrect when I triple checked it and everything else I ordered at the same time from Amazon with the same address arrived. STOP HIRING LAZY DRIVERS."

"How hard is it to find an address? A couple weeks ago I received a notification on Amazon that UPS couldn't deliver a package due to "incorrect address" however, when I called them they confirmed that my address on the package was correct and magically it showed up the next day. I had two other packages that, according to Amazon, was delivered today, yet UPS never came to my house. The update on Amazon says "delivered to office Signed by: SEALS". There is no one named Seals on my road and there is no office anywhere even remotely close to my address. Google maps takes you right to my address, there are only 4 houses on my entire street, and my address is in large reflective letters on my mailbox. Come on. Do better!!"

"I had missed an important delivery and it was being held at the distribution center. I arrived right before they closed and the employee saw how frazzled I was. He retrieved the package within a few minutes. I wish I knew his name, because he was so kind and understanding, and so helpful. Thank you so much!"

"Since moving into a new place January of 2023 so over 7 months now we have had a driver show up one time at our house even though we have packages almost weekly and sometimes several a week. We've called time and again and even spoke with someone out of Lawton office but they refuse to help obviously since the problem still isn't fixed. We are both disabled and have notified them of this and need them to deliver to our door seeing as that is what they are paid to do. We get messages that they delivered packages to us and we usually have to go find where they actually delivered it to. Once again today they say they came and we weren't home and we've been up since 630am and no ones come by and my cameras can prove that.. I urge UPS to use FedEx if they can't get the job done because FedEx always makes it to our door just like they are supposed to."
