"Received an email from customer service saying my package would be there between 5 and 6 the email came in at 3:00 p.m. At 4:40 their website showed it had been returned to the terminal As indicated by the photo I emailed the screenshot to customer service and asked what was going on Now they're tracking service shows nothing for that day they are covering it up because their driver supposedly couldn't drive-in the rain Response to the owner It had to be sent back and another Shipping company has to ship it You screwed me over 2 days in a row"

"This terminal reweighed a shipment incorrectly. Original weight was 1090 lbs and this terminal found it to weigh 1690lbs. I have shipped hundreds of these pallets in the past and I know for a fact that they 1090lbs or less. I called customer service before the shipment delivered and they said that I had to file a claim with their weights and measures department. We sent Saia the packing list with the proof of the correct weight and they reversed the added charges. Waste of time for everyone!!"
