"Had an excellent experience today in this store. Ali helped me to ship a package, that I thought couldn’t work as I had a prepaid ups label but it was in my email. Ali walked me through every step where I could email the label to the store, print it off and ship my package! It was so easy! She was incredibly kind, helpful and went above and beyond. She even gave me a coupon to use on my shipping materials I bought there. Haven’t had such a great customer service experience in years or ever! Ali is the real deal!"
"Apperrantly they don't open until 11A.M. even though the sign out front, and the call greeting says 10A.M. was rudely turned away. While standing outside waiting for them to open, the lady that claimed to be the manager SLAMMED the 2nd sign on the door very aggressively. Not a very effective business model for keeping or attaining customers."
