"We made an appointment online for 1:00 pm and arrived about 10 minutes early for the scheduled appointment, the barber we scheduled with was not there and we were told “He’s not here yet” by other staff. We waited an hour and he still had not shown up, so we ended up leaving. We were very disappointed. I understand things can come up, but a simple phone call to the place of business letting us know so we did not wait an entire hour in vain, would have gone a long way. Poor business practice. I do not recommend the business."

"We have struggled to find someone that can do a decent fade for my boys so I thought we would try this shop. There are some exceptional barbers in there. I have seen some clean cuts leave that place. There are a few barbers that truly just care for their clients and want them to look their best. However, the barber we have used a few times just couldn’t seem to get it right. My kids left each time with hair all over them, and the fades weren’t clean. What drew the line was the giant bald patch that was shaved on the back of my sons head. I gave the rating a 3 star because the facility is nice and it is clean. There are good barbers just not the one we chose. That particular barber may just want money because he is always over booking or claiming walk ins as he’s clearly already behind. Best of luck to you man! We took our business elsewhere."
