"I will not use this business again. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, and she snapped at me before I had a chance to apologize or explain. Note that I had been a faithful customer, and had followed her to a new location (she was originally in Mayfair). My lateness was due to an accident, and I could not safely text her the reason without pulling over. The hours posted here are misleading - She is not open from 9 - 4. Must like dogs."

"Received one of the worst haircuts I've ever received from this barber shop. It looks like the man who cut my hair completely forget about both sides of my head. The side he did cut was very uneven and butchered. The other side (the side he forgot to cut) he just combed my hair and patted my head. As soon as I left I went to a salon and the lady who attempted to fix my hair was amazed at how bad he did. I will not be returning to this barber shop and if you want a good haircut you would be wise to avoid this place."
