"My ain't was very happy with her cut. I was not happy. We walked in and the reception was distant at best. The conversation was good but I had a cut and color. Asked to match my roots... ended up with two different colors in my hair. Called to have it fixed and no response at all. I will not be going back. In the salon I couldn't see how bad it was. It wasn't until I was outside you could see that the front and top of my hair was black and the back a completely different Brown color. It looked horrible."
