"One or more of the drivers don't deliver packages! Fire this person! This has happened more than once to us where we he a time sensitive package. The truck comes, but doesn't drop anything off. We then have to wait until 4pm when the store opens to go up there and get our package or even talk to anyone. On this occasion I saw the truck pull up, they drove off before I could check the mailbox and nothing was dropped off! This is a huuge inconvenience and NOT what I paid for. Please bring consequences to this driver!"

"I have been waiting for a package that was supposed to be here 6 days ago the date of delivery has changed everyday since than to the next day....it finally got in my area. At a little after 2 it was changed to delivery attempted but no answer which we know is a lie everyone was here a household of 6. Plus the address for my package is my PO Box first home address second. I went to the post office she told me because our little town is in the panhandle they will mark it as attempted after they get back to there site of it is there so they dont have to drive the 40 minutes back over here. I will be filling out a complaint with Amazon because they pay ups good money to do their job but apparently the drivers think that they dont have to do it and do as they want. I will be complaining on every site about their practices until things change. Remember do a good job no problem do a bad job that person call can get to millions with social media."
