"Made an appointment online for a quick trim and an eyebrow wax, because their website allows people to make appointments with either hairdressers or just whomever is available first. I had something come up so I needed to cancel my appointment. I called them shortly after they opened and was very rudely told by one of them (who did not give me her name) that they do not accept appointments at all and she "didn't know what happened." What do you mean you don't know what happened? I was trying to explain to her that their website allows for booking and I was just calling them out of common courtesy and she kept trying to talk over me and then hung up on me as I was still talking. If that's the case, then you guys need to remove those options from your website. And maybe lose the attitudes. I was going to come in at a later date, but if that's how they treat new customers, then screw them and good luck to them. I won't ever recommend anyone else to go here."

"Just want to take a sec to shout out the ladies at Procuts. Lindy has been my go-to haircut lady for several years. I get a great cut every time and it always surprises me how quickly she can cut my hair and she is really fun to talk to. Have also had my hair cut by Sharleen several times. She does a great job as well and always makes sure you love your cut every time. I think both of these ladies have been cutting hair for over 20 years. And Bekah at the front desk is always very welcoming when you walk in and she typically doesn’t even have to ask me my name. Great place to get a great cut!!!"
