"I have had bad experiences with Supercuts before, but hands down this is my go to place for my ASD little one and for myself. They are so kind, caring, and professional. Cannot recommend this location or the employees there enough."

"I used to come in here all the time for cuts and trims. Last time my son went in they messed it up so bad he is afraid to get another haircut. I went in there tonight for a trim straight across and it isn’t even straight. My hair is a half inch shorter on one side and a lopsided U. This location has really went downhill in quality. She didn’t even check to make sure it was even when she was done."

"The stylist receive no breaks. There's usually 1 stylist scheduled most days because of corporate or management. The GM Bethany will stay in the office during her shift while having 1 stylist working nonstop on the floor. The GM will leave early while her stylist is still slammed. The hiring hourly sign is misleading. No stylist starts at 15 an hour unless they travel to other supercuts locations in different cities. There's no 401k, no insurance, no bonuses, no raises. The Owner Chris has violated several state laws and regulations with every employee/stylist. No stylist received standard breaks. The stylists received zero breaks during their work shift. Whether part time hours or full time. No stylist received lunches. They had to wait until their 9 hour shift ended to eat a meal and use the bathroom. Stylists were forced to work alone. There's no continuous learning. Any stylist who would confront management about no breaks, lack of management working or helping clean, Stylists being mistreated, not heard, over worked from working by their selves. The Manager plus corporate will take them off the schedule that day without speaking to the stylists. Corporate called it probation, leaving stylists out of work for 1 week to a month without notice. This is Stacie, I worked there for several years as a barber, my amazing guests I love were the reason i stayed at that job . I myself plus dozens of stylists had to work in that awful mentally tired, stressed job. The management and corporate did gaslight me and others by making statements that weren't true. As well as taking myself plus others off the schedule. Corporate made false claims on management they were trying to get rid of. Every claim from corporate to each managers (3) within a year, claim being, management stole $800 and had to pay HR to keep their job. Let's see if this review stays on. I have a dozen stylists i worked with at the oklahoma franchises who will agree with this post. Owners name is Chris if any guest would like to speak with the owner."
