"Upon leaving yesterday it says $10 after my ticket is inserted , I put my debit card in it says processing and then says remove card. The bar did not move up. I put my ticket again it says $10 I put my debit card again and it says see cashier. There is no cashier and there's a lot of people behind me . I don't know what to do , there's no button to call attendant . I put my ticket in again this time it says $20 , now a man comes out. We explain what is going on and he goes do you have $10 cash I say yes he takes the cash and tries to void it out with his badge. He says it's charging you twice and I'm like can't you change or void it out. He gives me my $10 back. He says the system won't let him so I put my card in , it processes $20 and the bar goes up. Worst parking ever , I've parked at hotels before never had this issue. I tried calling the number on the ticket and it just rings and rings."

"This was a joke. I was charged $15 to park. Drove up onto several levels. Didn't find a spot and started having a panic attack because we were so high up and it was really hard to negotiate the turns with other vehicles going through. I finally had to turn around and go back down and they refused to refund my money. He said there was parking on the 8th floor. Well I couldn't find the 8th floor after 20 mins in there"

"You pay when you enter, not exit. We were not told that we needed to keep our ticket to exit, because why would we since we already paid.l? Anyway, when we opened the car door the wind blew and our ticket went flying. I wasn’t able to grab it but I didn’t think much of it , assuming I did not need it. When I was leaving, they wouldn’t let me leave until I payed a $20 loss ticket fee!"
