"So I liked the service for the night I was using it however the lady who I was booking with was rude to me over the phone. She seemed to have an attitude every time I asked for clarification of the limo service and would cut me off mid sentence and just was not a nice person to speak to she was impatient. Isaac was good though!"

"We have used Black Diamond in the past and never had any issues. However, my husband rented a bus as a surprise for my birthday this year and everything went smoothly until the ride home. Our driver got lost and we ended up in Guthrie and one of my friends had to navigate her back to our neighborhood. The following week we saw a charge on our account for an additional nearly 200.00 on top of the nearly 1,000 we paid for the bus. We have reached out several times. My husband was finally able to speak with someone and was told the charge was for additional time to which he replied not our fault your driver got lost. We were told the GPS tracker would be checked and he would get back to us. Absolutely no communication has happened since. We have called and left several messages and with no response nor a refund. This is horrible customer service considering we are repeat customers! I’m appalled by their inability to communicate and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone nor will I ever use them again."

"I've been using Black Diamond Party Bus and Limos for over 5 years now. I've used every other company in the area as well, and Black Diamond is by far the best in Oklahoma. I wouldn't think about using anyone else. Their party buses give you the glamorous big city feel and not the school bus vibe that you typically see. I've used Black Diamond for every occasion. Bedlam, St.Patrick's Day, Halloween, Christmas parties, birthday parties and I've never had an issue. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. The finest and best on the market.
