"While my son’s haircut is ok, it is uneven. The lady that cut his hair was not very attentive nor interacted with him. She was stopping and texting throughout his haircut, and acted annoyed when my 3 year old was getting agitated. I overheard her telling the other employee what was going on and it by no means was an emergency- it had to do with staffing and trying to get someone from the other location to the BA location (not sure why the other employee that wanted to leave wasn’t handling it?). In any other profession you cannot stop working to text. Will we be back? I don’t think so. This isn’t our first time there and we’ve had to return before to get a haircut touched up on my other child due to one side being shorter than the other and was told the employee was new. The first haircut here was so handsome. But these last two make me question if the first cut was rare and cuts are not worth the almost $30 with tip."

"Every time the hairstylist that takes care of us does an awesome job, it is quick, no waiting, I will suggest doing an appointment. They always have either candy or popcorn for kiddos. They work with you if your kid has some sensory issues"

"My kids used to hate getting their hair cut, but ever since we started going here, they love it. They like playing the free retro video games while they wait, and they like playing video games while they get their hair cut. They have fun cars and planes to sit in for the little ones, and they can watch cartoons. The haircuts can be ok to good depending on who you get. They used to be super affordable, but like everything, the prices have gone up, but it is worth it not to have to fight my kids to get a haircut."

He had a blast, and this was his most enjoyable haircut experience ever. Added bonus: it smells like movie popcorn when you walk in and they have free popcorn as you wait.
