"Both my girls’ haircuts were uneven and choppy with large chunks of hair left 2-3 inches longer than the rest of their hair. They were done by two different stylists and my children were not difficult to work with. I do not recommend their services."

"This is the second time we have come here and the first time we also had a bad experience. Both times, our normal stylist has been unavailable last minute and today I decided to try again. The stylists both times, two different stylists, were rough when moving my son's head. When using the clippers, she was aggressively moving his head and quickly moving the clippers to the point where my son looked visibly uncomfortable. He's a very well mannered and well behaved child and regularly gets his hair cut. It was rushed and extremely expensive. We booked for a wash, cut and blow dry and all we received both times was an extremely rushed cut. The cut was uneven both times. There weren't any other kids in the salon and we were 10 minutes early to our appointment so l'm not sure why it was so rushed. We will never, ever come back."

"The stylists were not welcoming at all. Then one waited until she was halfway through cutting my daughter’s hair to say that a long bob would look weird with bangs and required face framing. I showed her all of the pictures of long bobs with straight bangs on Google that looked good. She couldn’t bother to turn on the tv and definitely was not worth the money. This is supposed to be a special place and I’ve had better service at Great Clips than here."

"You have to give this place a try! Our 5 year old has only had 1 haircut as a baby so this was her first real experience going today. I can’t sing enough praises. The staff were very friendly, the environment is every child’s dream, and we hope to schedule the next birthday party here! Highly recommend!"
