"Pool closed and no jets working in "Luke warm" HOT tub. Staff don't care about anything. Cones have been placed to close pool. Dressing rooms are always dirty and trashed from other members. Cold or burning hot showers ( depending what day of week it is ) Massage bed out of order. ( see photo ) The movie cinema don't play correct movies as there weekly list says.. It's just not worth the membership anymore.... I get there could be some problems from time to time but the lack of care and devotion IS NOT THERE. EVEN AFTER TALKING TO MANGMENT.. PLANET FITNESS or VASA seems to be better bang for your buck and better quality. Watch everyone. I'm going to get some generic excuse and apologies from MANGMENT or DISTRICT MANGER with no actual CHANGE.... MEMBERSHIP GONNA BE CANCLED AT THIS POINT!!!"

"MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP: - You have to be present in the gym for canceling membership. They make it difficult on you if you move out of state. - They will make you pay for an additional month if you don't cancen EXACTLY 30 days before next renewal. This practice is pretty shady. You should be able to cancel on your app and pay any outstanding balances due on there. I am giving one star so people will read and know before signing up."

"I like this gym. It's a friendly atmosphere and people of all fitness levels seem welcome here and work out here. The cinema fitness center was on the blink for a good while there, but they seem to have that sorted now. I really enjoy the sauna. It's also really nice to have a pool to swim laps in a gym, not a lot of gyms offer that. I haven't taken any of the classes but people seem to really enjoy them when I glance in on the classes."

"Nice gym, but it’s super crowded. An absolute madhouse most days. They have towel service which is nice, but every other day there aren’t any towels which means you’re going to work stinky that day."

"This place has really gone downhill in recent months. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go day/night, it is always filthy. The bathrooms are disgusting. Soap dispensers are always empty, stall walls/toilets/floors are gross and look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The equipment is always broken. It is packed 24/7. Do yourself a favor and get a membership at a “less popular” gym. P.S. The pictures I took were at 10:15 am on a Friday."
