"Met life is the most crooked company my fiance has a claim she was out of work for 2 weeks because she had an absest tooth and the dentist couldn't pull it because of the infection met life called the dentist left a message and when the dentist office called them back they said disregard the message they left because an extraction is only 2 days off but she had the absest for 2 weeks then her claim got denied and metlife said it was because they called the dentist and the dentist office didn't answer and metlife said they tried to call my fiance and left a ton of messages they straight up lied my fiance has been trying to talk to someone for weeks and they keep telling her someone will contact her yet they never do everything on the denial letter was a lie met lifes business model is basically tell as many lies and make up as many stories as it takes to deny a client so wrong they ruin people's lives"

"I contacted David McClellan early this year while I was traveling, to ask about a quote for home, auto and personal liability insurance, we spoke for awhile and I felt comfortable with him and looked forward to talking with him again when returning home. He immediately responded with a very nice email. Upon returning home a couple months later, I sent an email to him requesting he give me a call, with no response. I got busy, gathering together all the needed information and left on another trip. Weeks later I still did not hear from him so I called. He seemed a bit jumbled and out of sorts and I had to remind him in detail who I was, understandably, since we've never met and it had been quite awhile since our first conversation. David took all of my information and told me he'd get to work right away and call me the next day. That was a month ago. Not a single call or email. Now, I would not do business with him regardless of how much money he might save us. So incredibly unprofessional."
