"I have been with Pugmire for several years now and have insured probably 10 cars and 2 homes in that amount of time, and I have to say they have always been pretty great at what they do. I call, they answer, and they fix whatever problem I'm having really fast. Couldn't really ask for more. I have "bear river" insurance through them, but I know they also do other ones so it's nice if I need to get other quotes or keep my options open."

"I've been with Pugmire for about 5 years now. Nick started out great- very responsive and helpful. But over the years his service has declined. I've had two bad experiences recently lately that have contributed to my decision to change brokerages. The first his office staff refused to help me when I needed to add something to my policy- I ended up spending 45 mins on the phone directly with the ins company getting it added myself. Then two weeks ago I got a notice of cancellation from my current home & auto insurance company saying our policies are being cancelled. I called to find out why and they said they were no longer doing business with Pugmire. Yet Pugmire never even bothered to call me. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a good broker."

"I have been with Susan for over 6 yrs now. I have had the best experience ever. This is my sons Google. I am Cari Dickenson, This is one of the best insurance brokers I have gone to. She will go above and beyond to get you the best price that you can afford. And is always nice and even will talk almost on a personal level. I love this place... And will remain a loyal customer for the next ten yrs or more....Not sure why the other review was so bad because I have been here for so long.... And have never had these kinds of issues... btw if you ask for a quote you need to call back or give an email and they will send it to you via email or let you know... it does have to be prepared and it does take some work for them to work up a good quote for someone..."

"Called and spoke with Nick. I explained what I was looking for in an Agent. He assured me Pugmire was different than the rest. I was leaving Farmers and wanted an Independent agency. I was going to transfer all my business. After 2 + weeks of exchanging a few phone calls and Nick stating that he would get me a quote right away I never received a call back. I called to speak with the owner of Pugmire and he would not even return my call. So for an agency that claims to be voted the best a few times I guess they don't need the money! So save your money for an agent that wants your business!! Very Poor Customer Service."
