"It was hard to get an appointment and when I did the lady Mel ask me if u could come later because it was a crazy day so I agreed only to learn she went home to take a nap and didn’t show for my appointment and I had to get a ride since I don’t drive due to dying of cancer and this lady let me sit for almost an hour before even responding to my texts! And I do have all her messages stating this! Who blows off a cancer patent to go home and take a nap! Oh I have the text messages to prove it! And then have a friend tell me I need to spend more time with my healthcare provider! Lady I hope you never get cancer and go through what I go through! Even the office staff told me she does this to her customers often!"

"The experience was great but the quality was poor. By day two I had maybe 10 lashes left from a hybrid set. I messaged the owner she said she would fix it, she never responded. I canceled my fill appointment as it would have been a completely new set needed. I did everything I was told, no washing or wetting them for 24 hrs, let the glue set, brush them. I even consciously slept different, to keep them in tact, and nothing."
