"Well, I will not be coming back. Brought my granddaughters in for acrylics. Way more expensive than I was told. Supposed to be 2 full sets of acrylics. One didn’t get acrylics, not sure what John did, but definitely not acrylics, they only lasted 8 days. They also were not even the shape she told John she wanted. Mai did the other granddaughter’s and nicked at least 3 of her cuticles. If I had realized all this before I paid I’d have said something, but the girls were too afraid to say anything. I certainly wouldn’t have left such a generous tip!!! To top it all off, very loud argument between Mai and another of the ladies, lots of stomping around and stuff obviously being thrown around in the back room, very UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"This was my first time here, and I had the WORST experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I knew there were some blemishes inside of the nail salon, but did not actually realize how terrible they were until walking outside in the sun because the salon lights are very dim inside. My nails are two different colors, very spotty, and the clear coat is not over the whole nail so you can see where it’s not. Very patchy and uneven. After walking back inside and asking to talk with the manager, she continued to tell me how I could not get a refund because SHE didn’t think they were bad, not taking how I felt into consideration. She told me i could come back inside and get them redone (when she was already working on someone else’s nails) but I did not have time to stay or come back later. She kept telling me it was unfair to give me a refund because they already did the service, so I asked for half and she still said no. The manager was awfully rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only was the service bad, but the manager was worse."
