The girls were all very sweet and knowledgeable about the beds and the place is very pretty. Very comfortable vibe ❤️"

"This location makes the BA location worth the drive. I came in for 3 services (Cocoon, tan, spray tan.) With barely anyone there it took 20 minutes to get checked in and then I had to start the bed and red light myself except they didn't set the time. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to sort it out. Then once I was ready for the next session, I had been waiting 10 minutes and then 2 others came out of their room for their next service. I was skipped over and they were tended to. I was supposed to do a tan but it was taking so long (we're over an hour in at this point) that I had to say okay, let's skip the tan and just do spray since I'm on a time crunch. Then they set the spray tan. I mentioned I wanted dark/clear but the girl didn't even ask or pay attention. She walked me back and as the booth is about to spray I hear "Bronzing starts now." If you don't know this stuff gets all over EVERYTHING and you're stuck trying to avoid touching anything for several hours. Once it was done, I walked up to verify if that was the bronzer spray. The same girl who skipped over me said Yes and started laughing. Her only recommendation was "all we can do is rinse you off and do the correct one." I told her no and that I was very upset about it. She just laughed and said yeah there's new people and lots of buttons, sorry. Except it's not funny and she offered no solutions. I'm not sure I want to come back. That experience may be a one off but was completely off putting."

They really help you and take care of you and they’re super informative! They want to help take care of your skin here with their skincare/spa pods and their red light therapy, as well as get you a glowing tan! And the best part is it’s super affordable! You get so much for such a great price!"
