"I give my experience 5 stars for everything! The service was amazing our stylist Crystal Diaz is the absolute best! I called at 9am telling her my mistake I did to not only my hair but my sisters hair too, I didn’t know they didn’t do color in the afternoon only in my morning but she didn’t even tell me that she just adjusted her schedule and mentally prepared to be there for a long time to help us out. We got there at 3:30 the salon closes at 6 and she stayed yall she has a whole family and life of her own and she stayed 2 hours or more after her shift just to help us fix our hair and let me tell you she absolutely slayed!!! End results stunning! Absolutely 10 out of 10 great conversations, amazing experience and she had the best personality I will recommend her to anyone and will be going back!"

"HORRIBLE hair color experience. Medium and light brown ombre. Loved the cut and the stylist. BUT, hair color washed out in about 2 days! Paid $175, manager offered to 'recolor for $45'. Who would go back after this fiasco. I have contacted the corporate office and asked for a refund. No response, 2 weeks later, of course! DON'T GO to Owasso, OK SmartStyle for services. Gray blonde before color, brown day of color, blonde brown 2 days after color, and first shampoo with quality products. NEVER AGAIN AT SMARTSTYLE SALONS!!"
