"Scheduled an appointment for knotless braids and also my daughter some natural braids . I’m a first time customer. Don’t get weave much. Was looking for a new look. I scheduled two weeks out and my daughters 3 weeks out. There’s a deposit of 20 dollars for knotless but I guess for natural she charges the whole fee right away. I stay out of town so I arrive early due to the 15 minute rule. You will get canceled and still pay half if you’re 15 min late. I get a text stating she’s gonna be late . 45 minutes late! Then states I didn’t pick the thigh length . I texted her two days prior on the hair and no response. To make a long story short I didn’t get my hair done and I lost the 20 dollar deposit as well as the full price on my daughters hair I canceled a week before appointment. I just want good customer service! If you expect people to go by the rules than the stylist should as well. If you’re late you should refund the deposit! Never got to meet her but first impressions was no good!"
