"Showed the nail tech a photo of previous nails I had stating this was what I wanted. Did not seem very interested in doing my nails, was in there with a friend who was also getting her nails done, seemed like multiple walk ins were seen before her, she never got her nails done. I wanted just plain matte black nails. They turned out bumpy, uneven, some crooked. Some are very thick. Around my nails was left a mess. And there are spots where they aren’t even matte. My friend with me recommended this place but neither of us will be returning. My nail tech also had a faded swastika tattoo on his arm which made both me and my friend extremely uncomfortable."
"One week after a fill… already went to get another one fixed. Business note. Bad. Called to reschedule my nail appointment with Julie since i had a sick one year old with me.She told me to go to someone else next time. Very rude. I’ve been a loyal customer for a while. I canceled 3 hours before appointment. Definitely will be paying someone else who is more qualified to do the job. Wouldn’t recommend this awful service."
"I brought my kids to get our nails done for a mental health day. I was getting g a fill, my daughter got the ombré nails & my son got a dip manicure. I had my nails done a week & a half ago. They were so bad that they were all literally falling off. The girl who helped me took them off for me & didn’t charge me any extra. She was honest & let me know that even with a fill they wouldn’t last. All three of us got exactly what we asked for. They weren’t the friendliest but that’s ok. They weren’t rude or anything. The dip mani was $40 & both full sets were $75. It was worth it & I’ll definitely be back with my kids. I went back a 2nd time and was very disappointed. The girl who helped me left my nails very thick. I asked for them to be thinner & she told me that this shape (almond) can’t be thin. The person next to me got thin almond nails though. But whatever. I got out to the car & saw that none of the tips of were painted so I went back inside. The girl got an attitude, go figure. I paid just as much for a fill as a full set. She sloppily added another coat of polish. My nails are lumpy. I left with polish on my hands & the designs weren’t painted within the lines. I’m not happy at all. I loved my 1st experience. The girl who sits at #10 is amazing. My nails were still perfect after 3 weeks. This new girl didn’t care & it showed. I won’t be back & now I have to pay to have these lumpy m&m shaped nails fixed"
"I've been going here for a few years and they always do an amazing job! It's not the cheapest shop in town, but you usually get what you pay for. Well worth spending a little more for nails I love that don't lift and rarely break. It's always very clean and they're good about following CDC guidelines. Julie is my go to, but everyone is awesome!"
"I've been here several times, have reffered friends and family here, and never had an issue... however this last trip will cause me to not visit again. I asked for curved coffin shaped nails and showed the tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. And he said "I'll try", it was at that time I probably should have left, but I stayed. Once he got the coffin shape he did the acrylic....and they weren't curved...AT ALL. I pointed this out to him and he shaped my pinky and it was perfect...but not my other fingers and they were also too thin! He asked if I just wanted to take them off and go elsewhere, and I said yes. He cut them (unevenly mind you) and told me he was done!!! When I told him the acrylic had to come off he said it would be $10!!!!!! I showed you a picture of what I wanted, you got it wrong, then want to charge me to take them off!?!?!!! Keeping in mind that all of the acrylic isn't off of my nails...smh"
