"Absolutely ruined both my parents hair. Neither lady did a good job. Look like it was done blindfolded to be honest. Completely uneven pieces and pieces of hair cut out.. was terrible. One side longer than other. Need more school then just basic.. go to a real salon that doesn't through people out of school with barely any experience"
"Did not have experienced stylists. Did not give my mom the cut she wanted. Didn't even trust my stylist to trim my bangs"
"Walked in at 5:40pm (not one customer in there and two workers) store closes at 6:00 p.m. I asked the lady at the front desk if they can take me and she said they stopped taking last appointment at 5:45 (I'm here at 5:40) but let me ask the manager. Hollered back at the manager asking " are we done? Do we need to do some laundry or something?" And the manager replied, " We open at 9:00 a.m." I guess chains like this don't need business especially on a Friday night. I will continue to visit the local barber shop downtown Jenks. They would never respond that way and always take their time and earn every penny they get. Shop local where earning business means something still I guess is the take home. Won't be back at 9am, promise."
"I took my son here the other day and the lady who did his hair was beyond inexperienced. She butchered his hair. It was so uneven, not blended at all, splotchy, his neck wasn’t cleaned up, he had several long pieces of hair that she didn’t bother to cut when the rest of his hair was super short etc. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and gave her clear directions. There was 2 other stylists there that kept coming over to see how she was doing(I’m guessing she was new and they were checking up on her) they never once offered to help her when clearly she didn’t know what she was doing! I told her at the end it’s not what I asked for and all she said was sorry and didn’t offer to fix it. After we paid and left I took him to great clips where they were able to fix my sons hair the best they could. The ladies at great clips could not believe super cuts let us walk out of there with his hair looking that bad! They even asked me why I even paid for such a horrendous job! My son was really upset that we had to chop most of his hair off to fix the first stylists mistakes. Do not come here unless you want your hair to look like a 2 year old did it!"
"I walked in yesterday after work and was greeted by two young and competent women. One was cleaning up the hair around her chair while I signed in at the very simple to use tablet near the cash register. The other was in the back which she yelled from politely. I was in a chair ready to get my hair cut in less than 5 minutes. I barely had time to scroll through my phone but this was a good thing. Laura S., my stylist; wrapped the comfortable cloth around my neck gently to shield my body from loose discarded hair then politely asked what I preferred. I told her that I would like a high low fade and with her expertise and knowledge she knew exactly what I meant and broke out her clippers like an artist brandishing a brush. We then began chatting. All of us. Another customer came in and the other young lady came out of the back to service him. We talked about 80s movies and how some movies you can watch over and over. I told them about how I only recently saw the Godfather and we just continued talking about random things while Laura continued my haircut like it was second nature to her. Soon after she finished my cut she brought me to the back where a couple of hair sinks. She sat me down in the soft chair and set my head gently inside making sure I was comfortable and she washed my hair while we started talking about tattoos. Laura had a lot of cool ones on her arm and I expressed my want to get one and the regret in receiving my first tattoo. She took her time washing so that we could finish our conversation which I appreciated. The wash was wonderful; the water was not to hot or cold and the shampoo and conditioner smelled great. She massaged my scalp like a sculptor molding clay. After she finished she took me back to her seat and placed a hot towel on my neck. It felt amazing, like a heated blanket for the back of my head. She styled my hair to a brilliant look and took pictures for her portfolio. Apparently, I looked good enough to document. It does wonders for my self esteem to know that I will be used as model from now on. Payment and tip was simple to give. Again at the easy to use tablet by the register, I entered my card and went through the prompts with no issue. Laura gave me her card and a discount card for friends that I will gladly tell about this location. I recommend this place so if you made it this far in my review I implore you to check it out for yourself and experience a truly wonderful haircut."
