"I woke up earlier, calling places starting at 8:30 a.m. let me just start by saying that so I called locks and strands and I'll talk to a nice lady in the front she told me that LaShawn will be available around 3: 30pm, we booked I didn't get a text message or anything so in a text message they said that she will not be available till 5:30pm okay cool so boom, I asked they do they still want us to come or not I really didn't get no response and then, I sent them a text message cancel the appointment, I mean to me they really stuck up for one they wanted $125 for about four stitch braids in a design, for them prices I expect good service The stylist to be on time and be efficient about their time so I'm just going to go ahead and do what I need to do and do my daughter's hair myself cuz guess what that's free f r e e. I would never have an attitude with anybody and offer service or another appointment with $125.00 prices. I feel dumb because I thought the ladies at this shop was about their bag and they're not about their bag and hopefully the owner learns a lesson and teaches The stylist to be nice to their clients wanting $125 and up for a hairdo. My daughter had to keep questioning me about when she was going to get her her braided and it end up making her upset. No I would not recommend this place is too much confusion and not enough professionalism."

"First I’ll star by saying Mrs Cato establishment is clean and very welcoming! All The stylist in the salon are friendly and greet you as you walk in the door. There’s no gossiping going on and it feels like family. The air quality is great and so is the heat. It’s not to hot and not to cold! LOLA has been doing my hair and my daughter hair since August.
