"Eric (sp) does splendid work! If I'd only have ever experienced his work and professional attitude, I'd still be going there today, and giving 5 stars here today! However, the last 2 times I went in, I was turned away, no one would help me. The older man that does nails, had no other clients to service but one, and I was totally content waiting. He was intent on not helping me. Did this to me 2 times before I realized I'd rather pay someone who's nice, and understands what it means to behave in a mannerly fashion. ERIC, YOURE TRULY MISSED AND BUSINESS CLEARLY SUFFERS WHEN YOURE GONE."
"He did not perform a manicure ad requested before beginning the dip, said something several times i couldn't understand, did not make sure we agreed on nail length, what services i wanted or prices. When i realized later how badly the nails looked and called, he argued, got nasty and hung up on me! It is the business job to ensure quality service and clear understanding, not the customer. He spent the whole time i was getting my pedicure first sitting in a massage chair on his phone and had a very grumpy attitude. Will not return."
"I Absolutely love the people Here. Always so welcoming an very nice .. The salon has a very open an light feel to it. Very clean place... They do an amazing job everytime.. long lasting polish an there Hand drawn designs are all so beautiful.. I do request to have the same person due my pedis.."
