"This is not only the best Sally's I've ever been to but I received the best customer service I've ever received here. Even though I didn't have a lot of knowledge three team members came out on the floor with me and my friend and help me find the products that I needed to create the color I was looking for they even went as far as to watch a short YouTube clip of the technique I was trying to use and then they took the time and explaind the technique in greater detail to me. It was also great advice that worked out very well. This was a little while back and I wish I could remember the names of the employees because they were very friendly so helpful and I couldn't ask for better service. They went above and beyond"

"Every time I come, there is always an employee that immediately asks if they can help me find anything which is so helpful! Any questions I have they usually can help, but if not they ask the manager for clarification to make sure I get what I need. The past three times I have been I have had an amazing experience!!!"

"Decided to go spend some money here and restock on my gelish polish that cost $13 per small bottle. As I am medically exempt from masks the worker asked me to social distance as I did. However, as I was looking at the polish a lady came in needing to find tweezers. The woman and the clerk came to my isle and the clerk said to me “I need you to move because I need the tweezers” So I left. If I would’ve been asked politely it would’ve been different, but the clerk was very disrespectful, and it was uncalled for. I stayed away as there was no one else in the store but me until the woman came in. I more likely won’t be back, and I will be filing a complaint with the company."
