"This was my first time coming to this salon. Service was fine, the lady who did my nails was pleasant. But her technique needs some work. I had my nails dipped which usually lasts 3 weeks this time they barely lasted a week, the sides started pulling up (the edges were not sealed). I asked for squoval shape (rounded square) she left them square with sharp rough points. There were ripples in the dip, my nails did not look or feel smooth. The price menu said $30 for dip but I was charged $45 (I understand costs of everything is going up, but they need to update their lists)."
