"They do keep you up-to-date. The agents are very nice and overall the process was enjoyable. Until it was all said and done. ONE of the two MAJOR things I needed to be done, that they said verbally and in writing, that would be done, did not happen. There are two things that could have happened here. 1) I was just lied to. 2) Information was lost between the underwriter and agents. Either way, something that was suppose to happen, did not. Even after being told it would. I will be telling all friends, family, and even strangers I hear talking about anything finances due to their homes, to stay away from this company. I am not happy with the services received and others should also beware."
