"So the initial greeter for Kin Home was very kind and polite and respectful. He had scheduled an interview with one of the managers to sit down and talk to us about potentially getting solar panels installed. When the meeting came around, the manager was also polite and respectful, and gave clear and concise information on every question we asked! Now before the interview, and before they even scheduled anything, we had adamantly expressed that we promised nothing and would make no commitments. It seemed like the gentleman (Trevor Hahn) understood at the time what we were trying to convey. We were obviously very excited to start, but we wanted to do independent research and ask real estate agents and personal friends and family who have gone solar or have had the opportunity to know the ins and outs of the market when it comes to solar panels. A day later we had said that we don’t want the solar panels currently, maybe in the near future, just not now. I’ll spare the details on why, but he was upset that we didn’t want to pursue the solar panels and didn’t trust his experience. Which if you ask any professional anything, it’s always wise to ask for a second opinion. He didn’t like that. (Trevor Hahn.) But I have no ill will for him, and wish him the best. Later, Christian Lisonbee contacted me and told me about leasing the panels instead. Which we had no idea was an option. But ultimately we decided against it, and he was VERY understanding and patient. Very professional and apologetic for the other man’s behavior. I would give more stars, and maybe I’ll change it. But currently, as long as someone is more interested in their commission than the customers worries, it’ll stay at 2 stars."

"My experience so far is bad. They installed the panels on my roof last October 2023 and today Feb. 27, 2024 still have no service , becuse they did not process the permit with the electric company. Now I have panels, but no savings and no credit. I don't recomennndd Kin Home,"
