"I assumed working with a home warranty company would be a frustrating experience, however I was pleasantly surprised by SilverBack’s timeliness and attention to getting our issues resolved as quickly as possible. More recently, our furnace stopped working properly and we were left without heat. Leanna and her team at SilverBack listened to my concerns and prioritized getting it fixed expeditiously. She personally reached out several times to make sure the issue was being resolved. We have made three claims with them so far and each time they are quick to dispatch a technician to diagnose and make the necessary repairs. As a parent, it is reassuring to have the peace of mind knowing that SilverBack is ready, willing, and able to provide the much needed assistance."

Without going into too much detail, I worked with a different warranty company a while back and had a very horrible experience that even required attorneys. Now I have silver back. And I found out right away on my first claim how amazing they were and how quick they were to respond. I will recommend them to all of my clients in the future"
"I regret to say that my experience with Silver Back Home Warranty has been profoundly disappointing, warranting a 1-star review. Their service, specifically regarding my garage door repair, was abysmal. Despite their assurances, the contractor they assigned failed to contact me. My own attempts to reach out to the contractor led nowhere, and the company's response was unsympathetic and unhelpful, leaving me without viable solutions. When I insisted on a different contractor, the new one revealed that Silver Back was unwilling to cover the cost of my garage door motor, a component that was explicitly included in my warranty. This contradiction between their coverage promises and actual willingness to pay was frustrating and unacceptable. Moreover, the customer service was horrendous. There seemed to be only 1-2 individuals managing the phones, and they were notably unprofessional. They consistently avoided answering calls, and when they did, they were uncooperative and ineffective in resolving issues. I strongly advise against using Silver Back Home Warranty. Their inability to fulfill the basic terms of the warranty, coupled with poor customer service, has completely eroded my trust in them. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I cannot in good faith recommend their services to anyone."
"Not helpful at all, did a claim Friday the 10th and needed my furnace checked, did my first call at 6 in the morning where they did an emergency claim, do to that, my son is sick and gets worst when it cold witch i had let them know as well, they did not call me… so I called them like 5 times letting them know I really needed my furnace checked. And they would just tell me that the person I needed to talk to was not available. So I asked them if I could get someone down here and if I could just pay and they could reimburse me, and they could t even let me know if that was fine. I got desperate, keeping in mine my son was sick. And called someone in, I payed them out of my pocket. And was still calling silver warranty, to see what was my next step… and they never reached out to me… Wel today (Monday)they finally called and asked at what time was best to have a contractor go check my furnace. I was so furious… because I had stated many of time i need heat in my house for my son, and they did not care, I told them the situation and they said they can’t reimburse do to that it wasn’t there contractor, I told them what had happened and they did not care, they just told me that, unfortunately they can’t reimburse. But yes, this was my review on them… If you have a better option with someone else, I would say do it.! Thanks!"
"The woman on the phone at SilverBack has been very helpful and patient. She has scheduled a contractor to come out tomorrow morning to take a look at my plumbing leak. I am hoping that they will be able to diagnose and repair it."
