"I requested a quote and got a response from Mark setting up a time to call. When we talked, he was quick and seemed disinterested in my details, stated to send him an email with my measurements and details, as “gas is expensive” and he wasn’t going to come out and do measurements yet. He said if I sent measurements that I’d get a rough quote, if I liked that then he’d come out to do real measurements and get a quote going. Ok, so I wasn’t impressed with the dismissive tone, but I did as he asked and sent the measurements off. Got an email back, saying I’d have the rough quote soon. Next message stated I needed to come in to finish the quote. Let me get this straight, it’s too expensive for you to show up, but it’s okay for me to go to you to finish the quote. I understand that businesses get lookie-loos looking for quotes all the time. That’s the cost of doing business. I was going to let it go until I got another email asking when I wanted to continue. If I’m not worth doing the quote right, I’m uncertain the quality of work will either. I’m going with someone else."

Worked with Christian, who was always reachable and friendly and had answers to any questions that came up. They were able to bring our vision to life and had several helpful suggestions along the way to improve on the concept we started with. They also handled staining and installation on time and on budget. Job very well done! Thank you!"
