"I’ve only been here two times. The front desk staff was definitely very friendly both times and helpful so that was a positive experience. The facility is very clean and very pretty. However the first time I went was to get my nails done and asked for rounded nails and she gave me almond shaped nails and then charge me extra. The second time my husband made me an appointment and when I got there, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about . That was kind of frustrating. I got a delux pedicure and they rushed me through the process and it took them only 15 minutes for the whole thing. My appointment was 11am and I was done at 11:15 with terrible nails. They told me to wait 15 minutes for my toes to dry and I waited 20 minutes, it’s been an hour and my toes are still not dry and they’re all messed up and goopy. And they look like trash. Sad that I’ve paid over $100 in services there to be disappointed both times. I won’t be back"

"The pedicure was amazing just what I wanted ! My nail tech was good very much a trust the process event. 4 stars instead of 5 just because they seemed a little less than organized and theyre kind of pricey. It was worth it though. I spent $90 on a full set and a pedicure. I think it's a fairly new business, I'll be back."
