LA Nails and Day Spa

"paid way to much to walk out extremely unhappy. my nails are not even close to what i asked for. i also paid for my daughter to get gel polish and walked out with regular polish that 2 days later is already chipped all off. the lady who did my daughters put 0 effort and was very rude to my 5 year old. and the guy who did mine didn’t listen to anything i said or asked him to do. never will be going back here. waste of $200. also curious to know why they pointed all their cameras up to the ceiling"

"A $30 pedicure and there is polish on my skin and no polish on parts of my nails. My husband got his first (and last) pedicure, they made him bleed twice and were very rough with him. I would spend my money elsewhere. Maybe if you upgrade the service is better?? The technician tried to only let me look at the $40-$60 pedicure options. Either way low quality service for the price, will not return."

"I went in for dip nails and she immediately started cutting my nails off. At first I thought she was evening then out but she cut them all super short. She then starts to put tips on and I said I just wanted my real nails. Instead of dipping my nails in the powder she then applied it with a brush which took extra time. It was very painful when she was filing them with a file and using the electric one. I didn’t like how they looked and all my fingers hurt from the little cuts. I will never be back."

"I wasn't very satisfied with this place. There was only 2 workers (it was early on a Sunday). I patiently waited for them to finish. I wish now that I hadn't. The lady that gave me my pedicure was not very good. She totally skipped filing and cutting them. Then when I noticed she was about to paint I had to stop and tell her to clip and file them they were sharp! I'm not sure if she wasnt understanding what I was saying or what. Then the nail polish was like 100 years old and tacky. Even after 2 hours of being on. It looked horrible. I dont recommend them. I'm either going to fix my nails myself or end up going somewhere else to have them fixed."
