"Dulce is amazing! I prefer to see her when I go here. She even remembers personal details about my life that we've discussed on previous visits. I've seen her on maybe a dozen occasions. She's friendly and good at her profession. I highly recommend her! I've had other good ones here, too, but really like her! I have had two poor experiences. One was over a year ago and one recently. A year ago, I had a wax specialist who did a horrible job - she couldn't pull the wax off well and she also went over my skin multiple times. I'm not that hairy! She left my skin so irritated, red and angry! She transferred to a different location. Fast forward to a couple of months ago - Dulce was not available and I said any specialist was fine. Big mistake. Once she started waxing me, it dawned on me it was the same one who did a poor job before! I had forgotten what she looked like because it had been so long! I had the front desk look it up, and sure enough, it was the same woman. She got wax on the inside corner of my eye, still can't pull wax well, and went over it multiple times again. Dulce - great. Ashley - never again!!"
