"Went to the bank to talk to someone. They put me in a room to video conference a teller. I knew it was going downhill when they got rud of the drive thru and replaced them with video tellers.... Why even have branches if you don't staff them?"
"The chip in my debit card stopped working (but the strip continued to work). I called for a replacement card. What does TTCU do? They shut off my existing debit card while I wait 3 weeks for a replacement card. No ability to purchase anything FOR 3 WEEKS. Talked with a manager, nothing they can do. After 13 years, this was the last incident (of many) that we will tolerate. There is always some beauracratic excuse for the disfunction. We will be closing the accounts in favor of a new institution. Isn't the free market great? When someone doesn't deliver, you can choose someone else!"
