"If I could give zero stars, I would. The gray haired woman was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I will never give this place my money or recommend any of my clients to come here ever again. I’ve never been treated so bad at any type of salon. You could clearly tell she was talking trash about my nails to her co worker. I only was able to get one nail removed because I was in so much pain. I had to bring my kids because I didn’t have a sitter and that’s why I didn’t get a full set. I don’t like bringing them to the salon because, they’re kids! But anyways. The woman was so bothered that I was wasting her time with only one nail. Critiqued me on why I get long nails if “I don’t take care of them” and my nail was burning and pulsating while she was filing them. And I just said “ouch” and she stopped and looked at me and rolled her eyes at me numerous times. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I would have said something or just got up and left and spent my little money elsewhere. Beyond rude."

"I’ve been there four times, this was my last time though. The staff that used to do a descent job do not work there anymore. My last visit was all frustration, my nails were directing in one way and I had to fix it myself because she never listened to what I was saying. When I complained about the shape of the nails that they are awful she said my fingers are not straight and thats the reason. I regretted my visit and the nails I got three days ago is not a salon level, too think, different sizes and shapes and they did a terrible job with nail polish. This is not the type of nails you get at a salon and sit there for at least an hour."
