"Good stylists and good atmosphere here, but the new check-in process is terrible. The new website is so slow and cumbersome to use, it literally takes 5 times as long to sign in now compared to the old one. More importantly, it is now "first come first serve" even after signing in online. For example, I sign in online, and it says my stylist will be ready in 15 minutes. I get there in 10 minutes and sign in at the front desk, but now there are four people in line in front of me and an estimated 30 minute wait. Who has time for that? This has happened twice now. No thanks, I'll go somewhere else. I've been coming here for ten years. It sucks that I have to look for a new place for haircuts just because the new sign-in system is such a mess."
