"I was going to Paul Mitchell School for about 3 years. A student graduated and I followed her to Austin Taylor. I like it. It has a great atmosphere; casual. The stylists rent their booths. The prices are reasonable. I have a good relationship with my stylist I'm glad I made the change."

"I do not recommend this salon or their stylist Presley! I went in last Wednesday for my scheduled appointment. Presley was 45 minutes behind with another client. No problem. Things happen! However, around 20 minutes into our appointment her family decided to come by. Again, no problem. However, they stayed the rest of my appointment in a small and cramped booth. I paid $155 for a professional service (I wanted platinum highlights) to be a third wheel and to have a distracted stylist. Presley kept moving my chair around so that her toddler niece would not bump into my legs. I felt as though my service was rushed. When I got home I looked at my roots and was unhappy with how they turned out. I messaged Presley and she said that they did not look like that at all but said I could come in Friday so that she could look at them. When I came in she said that they looked fine and she wasn’t sure what I wanted her to do about it. I’m not a professional stylist so I’m not really sure what the option was either. That is why I pay to get my hair done. She said the only thing she could do is foil them differently next time. I also told her I was unhappy with how my appointment went because I felt as though my money and time were not respected. She told me that family comes first and that’s just how it’s going to be. She then tried to gaslit me by telling me that she “knows I just don’t like kids.” No I don’t like paying a professional for a professional service and getting a distracted and rushed product. Later that evening, Presley told me it was best to not do business going forward due to “personal conflict” and removed me from her books and blocked me on all social media. My message asking for a refund went unanswered and my cashapp request for a refund was denied. The owner of this salon was extremely unhelpful. The first photo is of my hair Monday before my appointment with six weeks of growth. The second was an hour after my appointment. The last two were taken the next day."

"Allessa did my hair! Super friendly and made sure I left with my hair exactly how I wanted! Her priorities were to maintain my hair quality and reach my hair coloring goals! Started as a blondish-orange and she turned it into a beautiful dark brown with light brown highlights and gave me curtain bangs! I would 100% recommend and I will be returning in the future!"

"ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Do NOT ask for Haley Joe. I’ve been coming to her for a few months now, and things have been fine. My most recent haircut ended in disaster. I asked for bangs and she gave me a BOWL CUT. Charged me $60 “to make things right.” She had to get a second person to come over who thinned it to hell and back. This is the one thing I have confidence in, and it has been ruined. Horrible. Absolutely awful. Will not be coming back to her, nor this salon."
