She would randomly reply to texts then ghost me. Still awaiting a call back from my last attempt to contact 3 days ago. Traded in my Groupon, for same services with a different salon. Figured I didn’t need someone giving working on my face who was this unprofessional. Have an appointment set with new company after one phone call. Why utilize Groupon for your services if you don’t appreciate the business. It might garner repeat business from a satisfied customer."
