"Worst pedi ever! I use to go here years ago then stopped because they did such a bad job. I needed a pedi and thought I’d give them a try again. Never again. See pic. This is a gel pedi. There’s not even polish on the entire nail and my toe nails are slopped? She didn’t get the callus either. Bad job all the way around. And it’s my fault for not inspecting it better BEFORE I left. Wont ever go back."

"Pedicure was ok but they went too fast and rushed through everything. I regret the manicure because she was in such a rush she cut my finger! Didn’t even apologize or give a discount. $20 extra dollars for 5 minute nail buff and bloody cuticle"

"I had my first experience at KS about 3 years ago. It was good when they first opened. I have had problem with my nail dip crumbling and cracking! I went in yesterday and had 3 nails fixed after 11 days of fresh nails with dip, tipped the kid $10 and when I got ready to leave my thumb nail was sticky! Yep! Had to redo it!!! What???? Is this a nail shop??? Today my thumb on my left hand crumbled, I mean crumble like the cookie, actually the cookie stays together better than these nails…I went in and the lady gave me a dirty look (probably because I was just in there yesterday) and said “it will be 20 min wait” meanwhile letting 4-5 people go ahead of me. I had to leave, it’s Christmas time and people are busy! Needless to say, I get home this evening and lo and behold another nail breaks and crumbles! Is this cheap product or what??? I get my nails done in Tahlequah when I am there and they last 4 weeks, yep, 4 weeks….these haven’t even made it 10 days!!! TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will NOT be back! Beware people!!! Not to mention they cost $45…I need them to last longer than 11 days!"

"No idea how this place has a 4 star rating. I can see the old polish on the sides of my toenails. The cuticle trim is sloppy and jagged. The set of nails that were put on me are thick and uneven. They aren't even filed straight across w a couple actually shaped into a V with the edges longer than the middle. I don't understand how that even happens. The work is absolutely terrible and now I'll spend at least an hour trying to fix what they did. I'll never go back and I would never recommend them to anyone. Save your time. Save your money. The more I look at my hands the more I think I'll just completely remove these nails and start from scratch. It's the day before Thanksgiving and I don't have time for this."

"Great experience at KS Luxe Nails & Bar! I had a poor nail job at a different place the last time I got my nails done, and this place fixed me right up! Friendly and talkative, and readily willing to do whatever design, I really appreciated the customer and atmosphere. Im not someone who gets my nails done that often, but this is a place I would return to. Kids - They have two little kid size pedicure chairs, which is a great bonus!"
