The knock on the star is everytime i call, the receptionist plays that she cant hear me because of the blowdryers and will never call me back. Takes me days to make an appointment. They have a booking option on their site but you need to sign up with a third party and yet another third party wanting your credit card information."

She asked me for my phone number numerous times. Kept saying the computer was slow. She asked for my number AGAIN and asked for my name. Again, said the computer was being very slow. She said she would contact me with an appointment. She did not contact me as of the close of your business."
