"A couple months ago I went in for laser hair removal on my face. The nurse seemed very distracted and in a rush. She asked me what areas I wanted to be done, didn't say anything against it and then started. She went so fast and the only comment she made was that some hair on my temples would probably be removed, I said that was fine. When we finished she immediately started walking out the room and just said "book your next appt" I went to go look in the mirror and she literally burned off my eyebrows. Not one, but TWO of them. A significant chunk on the left eyebrow and the top of the right one. In utter shock I asked her about it and she said "I told you." She in fact did not tell me anything and I would have never consented to this if she would've told me there was a risk of removing my eyebrows or she wasn't comfortable doing it. It's my face for goodness sake!! She didn't apologize or try to help in any way, she just repeated I told you and don't forget to book your next appt which was so inappropriate being what just happened. I walked out so shocked and angry that this place charges such a high premium and the quality and service is so horrid. I had to call the manager and she said she would talk to the nurse before getting my story, in hind sight I'm glad she did because her story did not match up with what happened. As I told the manager my eyebrows are ruined and she asked what she should do, I said obviously a full refund would be appropriate. While I appreciate the refund, my eyebrows are still messed up two months later. I canceled all my future appts with them and cannot trust them with my face or money."
