"I give Farrell's Remodeling a 5 star top rating. Rob built and stained kitchen cabinets using Maple wood which is difficult to obtain a uniform stain, but he skillfully managed it. Rob is also an excellent tile layer. His wife Susan has her own special talents. She expertly reskimmed and retextured my kitchen walls, including much drywall repair on a drop down ceiling where old trim and light fixtures were removed. I was impressed with her many skills. The Farrells also were very patient with me as I held them up trying to pick out materials and colors. I even requested a redo on bathroom wall tile, because my initial color selection was darker than I anticipated. Susan gladly removed and retiled with a different color that turned out beautifully. Although our taste did not always agree on materials and colors, Susan hit the nail on the head on the bathroom floor tile and Quartzite kitchen sink. When I finally did decide on a Dekton Sirius Black Kitchen Countertop, both Rob and Susan selected and worked with the fabricator to insure the installation was quality, even perfect seaming. They did not hesitate to call back the fabricator as needed to perfect the install. As an added bonus, Rob returned and restained without cost to me a cabinet door that got scratched. They own their work, and work to please the customer. Many times, I thought their patience would run out with me, but it never did. They were both always pleasant and accommodating, wanting me to be happy with the finished remodel, and I am."

"The Ferrell’s remodeled our master bath to place a large shower in the space previously occupied by our jacuzzi tub, and relaxing the previous shower space with a new linen closet. All work was completed on time and on budget with beautiful wood and tile work, making the bath much more functional."

"We downsized into our 1978 condo last year and knew going in that the two bathrooms needed updates. The tub faucet fixture wasn't even connected as it should have been in the guest bath. Aging and physical limitations dictated by arthritis made us decide to remove the tub completely, install a low-curb tile shower in its place, tear out and replace the tile and fixtures in the Master, low curb there, too... and new countertop in the guest bath, as well. Both jobs were extensive - down to the studs in both along with new plumbing and a barn door for the Master. We got estimates from three contractors... Farrell's wasn't the most expensive, nor were they the cheapest; but their references were spotless. Their presentation was businesslike and professional and *in writing*. The products they proposed were quality. The sub-contractor for the plumbing was excellent as was the granite countertop provider (who was several days early with their delivery!). They even provided a scoping of the drain system on their dime to make sure everything was clean and clear when all was said and done. We're ecstatic with the results. Every step of the way, Susan was on-the-spot with answers to questions and guidance when needed. Robert is an artist with tile - as well as a perfectionist. Before they left, the tile was sparkling and both bathrooms were gorgeous. And the estimate was rock-solid. The only variance was for changes we made - we picked a more expensive tile. Bottom line: Farrell's Remodeling is the real deal. They do business like my dad used to: Bid it straight; do it right; keep your word. We would DEFINITELY use them again for anything that comes up in the future (kitchen... I'm lookin' at you.). 5 stars aren't enough... I give them 10/10."
