"I brought in pictures of what I wanted and Natalie, the salon owner, said it would be no problem. She cut my hair and while it was wet asked me if I liked the length. I hesitated and she said that it would be shorter when it was dry and styled so I let her continue. She curled it which was not the style in the pictures I showed her but at that point it was really hard to tell what the length was like. I said it was okay because it didn't look bad but I couldn't tell what it was going to look like when I styled it myself. The next morning after I had washed and styled it myself I decided the front was fine but the back was an inch or so too long still so I talked to Natalie to see if she could fix it. She offered me an appointment two weeks away and she would charge me $20 for it. If I needed it done sooner she could get me an appointment with one of her other stylists but I would have to pay the full price for the cut again. It hadn't even been 24 hours yet and she wanted to charge me again. When I said I would just have to go somewhere else because I have pictures this weekend she told me she would do it for free but I still had to wait two weeks. That is not an adequate solution. Overall it wasn't a BAD cut necessarily but it wasn't what I had asked for at all and it was significantly lacking customer service."
