"I hate to give a bad review. BUT....I have been there 4 times and all 4 times they have been late with my appointment. I am not talking about a few minutes I'm talking 30 mins to an hour. The final straw is that I set an appointment to have my hair done for a wedding I was in Saturday. I get to the salon at 3:30pm and had to be at the wedding location at 6:00pm, and the person I had the appointment with was not there when I arrived. I sit there while another beautician tried to contact her to see where she was. The person never showed and the beautician that was there did my hair. I was very disappointed that the person who was suppose to do my hair did not contact me to let me know she was not going to be there. Well I got my hair done & my style barely lasted the wedding. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. I do not know if they treat their friends and family different, but I would not recommend this salon."
