Mr. John Hertel, return the stolen property, the review disappears, it’s that simple. C’mon John, it’s been over 2 years, see you in felony court."

"I was told my policy was being non renewed which was fine I got a new one the day after I was told, But his assistant Crystal asked me what I had planned on doing with my mother’s policy, I told her I can’t change someone else’s policy that doesn’t belong to me , and she still retaliated against us by canceling my moms policy as well and she was driving for a month without insurance and wasn’t aware. Once we found out I had complained and we were both added back on without wanting to be .. which is weird because they told me I couldn’t be renewed but then suddenly I was able to be insured with them again. There were lots of back and forth confusion with my moms policy because it was being discussed with me and not my mother, and I have evidence of the retaliation, Jonathan promised a sincere apology to keep me from complaining and also mentioned gift cards for the corrupt business we experienced but instead of receiving what was promised, my mom is still having billing issues with State Farm even after making it clear she didn’t want anything to do with them."

"So I filed a couple claims one was my fault and one was not my fault. The one that was not my fault, their Insurance would not take it due to lack of evidence. I went forward with both the claims and had my bumpers redone, after doing this state farm dropped me and didn’t let me know and so I was driving without insurance for a month and a half. When I called Jonathan to ask him what was going on and what the issue was and if he could give me some more information about it, he said he would give me a call back in 20 or 30 minutes well he never gave me a call back. I had been with them for about 3 1/2 years with no issues, no late payments, nothing. I was in two small fender bender’s and had one speeding ticket the whole time which they upped my rates. I understood that would happen but I did not understand that I would be dropped from the insurance moving forward with my claims. After paying $178,000 in the last three years a $10,000 claim shouldn’t drop a customer. Please get back to your “customers” and don’t keep them in the dark. I ended up switching insurance. No need to be treated that way."
