"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the Bixby location by the "assistant manager". I have only had an account there since June and have had nothing but issues with them from not posting payments to my credit card to charging outrageous monthly fees. The assistant manager likes to argue with you no matter what you say/ proof you have. I decided to close my checking and savings account due to this behavior and I will be paying off my loan & credit card as soon as possible and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If I could give XERO STARS I would. Please check your statements and keep all of your receipts for deposits etc. As the credit card company even told me themselves that they have issues with them not posting payments in a timely manner."

"Signed up for a checking account they claimed to credit $150 if you make 20 transactions (debits) within 60 days. I did this and they refuse to follow through with their promises. Oct 18 through Dec 17th is 2 months but they can't count. Extremely disappointed. Can't wait for my car to be paid off so I won't have to do business with them anymore."
