"Its been over a month a this stuff still on my brows. It looks awful. 2 weeks my butt. Ps. The owerner in a joke. Never tried make it right! My twin sister came to this place her eyebrows looked amazing. I the other hand got botched. I gave the lady a picture of I would like she said she can do it and ask for tinted she said ok. While I was waiting the lady took forever take the tint off when she was done I looked at them panicking because I have strawberry blond hair and she made them black! And she did a horrible job theading them there thicker than what i ask for. She said she can fix it that she tined my eyebrows a 10 when even the manager said she should have done it at a 4 she tried but failed. Then proceed to try again but got frustrated with the solution and squeeze it all on my eye. Screaming in pain I had enough. I told the lady I'm done I would like to leave. She told me 30.00 for it and I'm understanding that they have a business but this was ridiculous. Her and the manager said in a couple days it will lighted and I told both that even in a couple days it still be darker than it need to be. They was adamant charging me full price for her mess up and having solution all in my eye. She said she have talk the owner the owner said I can pay half price for the tinted smh. I wouldn't do business here. It's cleat in the picture. Now I have to have this for a month."

"I have usually always had great experiences here but today was the worst the person doing my eyebrows was extremely rude at times did not seem to have much patience either… was highly tempted to get out of the chair before she even finished I have never been in so much pain as I was today which the person doing my eyebrows completely disregarded will not be going back simply because today was one of the worst experiences I have had in awhile…. Asked her not to thread mine due to sensitivity I have with my eyes and she proceeded to do so anyway…"
