"I get my nails done every other week and I love having Ashley do my nails. I get dip on my fingernails and gel on my toes. The nail salon can be busy at times and that’s why I recommend calling ahead of time to make an appointment."

"AWFUL!!! I asked for a simple French tip gel manicure. It came out horrible, THICK and lumpy, on top of the tools and products being DISGUSTING and unsanitary. I nicely and quietly asked for a refund and they caused a huge scene in front of everyone there, saying they don’t do refunds only fix it. I would not let them touch my nails ever again and told him I won’t be coming back just give me a gift certificate and he again refused. I do not support people who are there to simply rip people off. Huge waste of $55."

"I’ve been to this salon several times. It’s never been super impressive, but usually is okay enough to come back. This will probably be my last time here. I came in for a mani/pedi. I was seated immediately and the technician was nice enough. That said, as I was sitting in the chair for my toes, the technician decided to go ahead and do my fingernails then and there. My mother, who came in for the same thing, had her toes fully completed and then was shown to a manicure table. My manicure was so rushed…she spent less than 10 minutes on a $20 service. My nails were filed unevenly and she basically cut no cuticle off. She barely used the “pushing” tool to push the cuticle back as well and painted on top of the cuticle. She also didn’t wipe my nails clean before putting the clear coat on, so now they’re gritty. In short, they do not look like a professional did them. My pedicure was fine, but my toe nails are all uneven as well. One pinky toe is rounded, while the other was cut flat across the top. It really shouldn’t be too much to ask to have even, matching nails…She was also kind of rough with the tools when she was cleaning under the nail. I flinched several times and she said nothing. I don’t see myself coming back here."

"Good experience at Butterfly Nails & Spa. I just needed my dip removed and a basic manicure. Didn’t have to wait at all at 5:30pm. Dip removal is as efficient and I felt it was done well. Asked me if I wanted my nails cut down and before she clipped, asked me if that length was okay. They have many massage chairs. There wasn’t any sound on, which may be nice, but a little too quiet for me without background noise. Could use something better on the TV, but overall I would be happy to go back!"
