"*SCAM ALERT* I went to pick up new masks for my cpap. I was told all items are cover by insurance 100%. When I later received a bill for hundreds of dollars. I called and was told it is covered 100%, 100% of the items were covered by insurance just not at 100% of the cost because I would have had to of met my deductible. They said it is not their fault I don't understand how insurance works. I bought more than I needed because of their shady vocabulary. The billing department was very condescending. Avoid this company."

"I have had the privilege of working for Petersen Medical. I have loved working with some of the finest customers and employees. I love this company because the people behind the call and the rubber gloves really want to help you. I especially loved my job as a Customer Care Specialist and Service Technician because I could take the responsibility for my customers and take care of repairs and other maintenance problems they might experience. Working with management locally and at the director/corporate levels was always a pleasure of mine and a time of learning and strengthening for me as an employee. I’m truly thankful for them and all they did. Highly recommend."

"I have not been happy with the services. I have changed to a different provider. Service has been poor. Nothing is in stock, all items must be ordered with multiple days/weeks delay. Incessant calls to "resupply" were the last straw. The calls would occur repeatedly, every week as a minimum unless you responded. The calls continued to occur after Petersen Medical was explicitly told to stop calling. We received an order after discontinuing our relationship with Petersen Medical. We returned the items and were billed repeatedly even after contacting the company and being told that they had verified the product was returned and charge reversed."
